The lights are easy to fit and look nice on top of our Neotimber posts - a small gap around the sides but hardly noticable (and the dimensions suggest this, so no fault of the product). For the first few weeks over summer, the lights shone bright and as it had been a while since I last purchased solar lights I thought the technology had really moved on. However as the winter months came, the light is far far dimmer. The lights do still shine into the evening during winter, but some days you can hardly make them out. Overall I'd say they're a good product, but just keep in mind that they're solar lights and given the size of the solar panel, not likely to light up the surrounding area during winter months.

Arrived on time. Substancial......some other slightly cheaper models seemed flimsy . Easy to fit. Used them around the decking on our static caravan. Give off good light which lasts along time. Only downside...it would be useful to have the on/ off switch accessable from the outside so you could switch off one or two if you didn't need them all on

I ordered these to fit onto two posts at the end of a jetty. They arrived quickly, were easy to fit and worked straightaway . They have a hidden switch underneath which I think is for switching off if you remove them for the winter and store them. They’re bright and do the job I needed them as I have no electric at the end of the jetty. Perhaps the only observation which isn’t negative is probably in a few years the plastic will age and may become brittle so we’ll see but I guess they should last a good few years and for the price they’re worth it.

I haven’t used them as yet as my deck isn’t finished but they look fantastic & fit my 4x4 posts perfectly. I’m sure they will be exactly as I have hoped. Once the posts are all installed, I’ll have a complete picture of how well they work. UPDATE: within 6 months of installation, 2 of the total of 4 that I purchased were no longer working at all and of the remaining 2, the blue light on one no longer works. In other words, only 1 is fully working. I complained shortly after, heard nothing then complained again later, still no comment from the supplier. Very disappointing as they certainly aren’t cheap!
