I put these spikes along the edges of our gazebo as pigeons were using the frame as a perch and leaving droppings on the patio. These spikes are brilliant, not one pigeon has landed on them and the pigeons are even staying out of the garden more as there's not much choice of perch. These plastic spikes come in strips of 3 rows wide and I used just 2 rows on the gazebo struts. It's really easy to cut and I used Evostick to glue it to the metal frame. It's not budged and we've had a fair bit of rain so it looks like it will stay put. It's also really neat-looking, not like those long wire spikes you can get and these seem much sturdier. They are good value for money too, compared to the wire spikes which would have worked out quite expensive. I'd recommend these, they do the job. I'll get some more for the fence if the pigeons come back. The spike strips have holes in them for screwing to wood so there are various options for fixing.

I am extremely happy with his product. Brought it ti put on the top of my moms fence as it is in a main road and is fairly easily accessible. Spikes come in small strips that can be scored with a Stanley knife the have longer thinner strips. These are extremely sharp and would be very painful for an infuser to lean onto. I’m not sure how good they would be at stopping birds sitting on a fence but that isn’t what I got them for. They come in different colours but I got the closest match to my mom’s fence paint. They need to be screwed in and have multiple holes but really you only need one screw on each end. They come with 2 little warning signs that can be attached to you fence to warn people that they are there while I thought was a nice touch. The material is a thick flexible plastic that will bend nicely over any shape fence but isn’t thin or flimsy. I have only put a few on so far but intend to do all Of her fences and I think that for the price they are extremely good. Came very quickly in a flat box ready to be installed and they can be easily stored away. If you want security I think these are pretty good but as for animals I can not comment.

they are made from polypropylene and so cannot be stuck down with sillicone. they did not keep the birds off my window sill and therefore not good for keeping birds off. they are sharp though so would be good to stop people climbing walls or fences as long as you dont mind screwing them down

Easy to fit and it acts as a deterrent but the pigeons by us are a tough breed so I've even seen them sit o the spikes! Still it has helped and they don't visit as often!
